Leave planning with transparent assumptions.

Estimate annual or personal/carer's leave balances, model a future leave request, and keep the conversation grounded in ordinary hours and Australian NES-style minimums. I implemented this kind of tool at Labrys because the systems available at the time did not give leaders and employees enough visibility to plan leave conversations clearly.
